Racial discrimination can occur in all areas of life: school, work, leisure activities, etc. The Bureau de l’intégration des étrangers et de la lutte contre le racisme (Office for the Integration of Foreigners and the Fight against Racism) offers a listening ear, information and advice to anyone affected by racism, whether as a victim or as a witness.

What should you do if you are a victim or witness of racism?

The Bureau de l’intégration des étrangers et de la lutte contre le racisme (Office for the Integration of Foreigners and the Fight against Racism) offers a listening ear, information and advice to anyone affected by racism, whether as a victim or as a witness.

Consultations are free of charge and confidential.

Consultations can take different forms:

  • by face-to-face interview
  • by phone
  • by email

notes and records all cases of discrimination in the Canton of Jura.

The cases remain anonymous, the names of the people are not written down.

Do you want to report a situation of discrimination?

Always provide as much information and documentation as possible.

For example: take notes (who, what, place, date), take photos, keep messages and videos.

Do you want to file a complaint? All this evidence can be useful for taking the case further.
